It's just like xmas, I woke up real early, well 8:30 am but I worked the night shift the night before so I've only had a few hrs of sleep but, who cares...it's zoo day:) I keep checking fedex's web page with my tracking # looking for updates....pretty sad eh? I'll take pics when I get them in the tank.

Not sad at all. I do that with just about every piece of mail that has a tracking number attached to it. add zoas to the mix and I think I hit refresh about every 3-4 minutes.
I get really disappointed when the site doesn't update when I think it should or the package hasn't moved in like 4 hours.

Sure once I get them in the tank I'll take a few shots, I ordered from Fragalot.ca I got a really great deal, this is what I got:

I just want to say I hate fed ex, I called them 9 times today from 10:00 am for an order sched to be delivered for before 5 pm, they promissed me it was on the truck and will be there before 5:00 I called them at 5:00 and the girl took 2 contact numbers and promised to call me back, I call back at 7:45 and I get some rude guy who tells me the station is closed and they have no way of getting it to me. I've been up since early this morning not leaving the house waiting for my order, I am so mad and have no idea what to do. they said they call me first thing in the morning and see when they can get them delievered. I've been telling them all day it's live goods. The best part is I have to work tomrrow and can't take anytime off, the dumb *** asked me if i'd like them delivered to another address. Thanks for letting me vent.

I know exactly how you feel, you are not alone on this one either! I happened to order a large live shipment from FL one year and a huge hurricane hit the next day. my overnight shipment turned into a 3 day ordeal! Luckily only one coral was lost and the company had no problem replacing it for me. I hope you get your zoos first think in the morning! good luck!

sorry man. the morning started off so optimistic for you. i was even excited thinking about ordering something just to track the package. hopefully your zoas are okay and you get things worked out with FedEx.

Happened to me last week on an SPS order, 20 frags. Same thing, kept telling me it was on the way, and then next day since it got off track they left it at the fedex station. I kept calling and they kept telling me well it looks like its out for delievery. FInally the shipper got some answers and called me and told me it was at the station still. SO I called and they said "Well it might be there but might be out for delievery." I was like so should I go get it there. Fedex: "If you want to sure drive over there but I cant promise it will be there" I drove over (4pm on the 2nd day of the "priority" overnight) and the guy at the desk looks at me like Im nuts and goes, "I just put that on a truck, let me go see if its still here" When I saw him come back witha box I was relieved but was pretty ****ed.

SO 20 SPS frags in transit for about 45 hours and I lost 6 frags.

Sorry to hear that. FedEx has been great for me. I'm actually going to be picking up some fish tomorrow from the FedEx station. I like them cause they have the option to deliver things before 10:30am. UPS and USPS don't and I always get those packages at the end of the day. I hate wasting a whole day waiting on a package! I've never had any of them not deliver on the day it's supposed to however. I really hope your stuff is ok! Luckily zoas are hardy little guys!
