clove polyps getting picked on by majestic angel

My tank is a 125 gallon that is filled with soft corals, zoo's, and mushrooms. i also have a majestic angel in the tank but has never messed with anything, other then the mushrooms once and awhile. i bought some clove polyps last week and they were going great. however, the last 2 days they havent really been opening up and today i saw that my angel was picking at it, since it doesnt mess with any of my other polyps im not to sure what to do. if teh angel is picking at it now does it pretty much mean its going to continue so? Does anyone have experince with angels in reefs, could it possibley leave the polyps alone, or once it starts messing with it, it wont stop?

Thats just what Angels do.

Some go for years as model citizens and then suddenly eat all the corals in the tank.

FOWLR or Reef. I wish you could do both, but it just isn't practical.
