Sick Tang??

I got a small, 1.5 inch Scopas tang yesterday and today I noticed 3 small holes in its top fin. They are about the size of the tip of a ballpoint pin.

Could it have got stung by my anenome or is it sick already?

do you have any other fish in the tank? this may be due to fin rot if water quality isn't good. are the fin rays broken apart from eachother(disconnected)? i dont personally know of any disease or parasite that would cause holes in the fins. i also dont think that this would be caused by an anemone.

what are your parameters? you should always test them and post the MOST CURRENT params when trying to ask questions about sick fish, just for future reference.
