My vote goes to the GEO Kalk reactor. Bulletproof, easy to set up, and easy to clean and refill.

i had the PM one - didn't love the powerheads noise factor after a while

I use the deltec and while expensive I have no regrets - I feed it with a litermeter iii

Another vote for PM. The noise may be due to a worn out maxijet impeller. Seachem kalk used to do a number on my impellers until I wised up and switched to ESV brand kalk.

REEFTEK by far. (It is not too expensive like the above reactors)and it is constructed very well. The only maintenance I have to do w/ mine is change the water out every month or so and add new lime (Kalk). www.reeftek.com. Check it out. My wife ask me is it working because when the pump comes on it is so quiet and like I said I haven' had to do anything to it. Plug and Play.

+1 Reeftek is the BEST. I had three different reactors and two that I tried to make. None were near the quality and eas to use as the reeftek.
