The frozen foods I ordered have just arrived. They were packed with 24 ice packs, but the food still didn't arrive frozen. It's 75 degrees out. Both Hikari Spirulina brine shrimp arrived completely thawed, and the Hikari mysis was partially thawed. Half of the daphnia cubes were frozen and half were thawed, and some of the Saltwater multi pack foods are unfrozen as well. I'm not sure what to do. Last time I ordered frozen foods from you guys, it all turned out great. I'm wondering if I should use the food or discard it all? Order number N9070394.

Stacie, I sent you a pm saying I think it'll be fine but after starting this thread I'm having second thoughts:

Reef3r,

While we still feel the frozen foods would be fine, we would be happy to credit your credit card for them if you do not feel safe. We will issue credit right away and you will be able to see that credit within 72 business hours. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us.

I'm not really concerned with being credited. I don't think its your fault at all so I'm not going to ask for a credit. I'll try the food a little bit at a time and hopefully nothing bad will happen. :) Thanks for your opinions.
