View Full Version : Looking for Jananese website with...

I remember a while back someone posted a picture of a stunning Janapese tank. It had a large school of those somewhat clear Cardinalfish. It was from a Japanese website. I saved the link on my old computer that is no longer working. I searched endlessly for the thread but I can't find it.

Does anyone know which tank I am referring to and have the link to that website?

I can't read Japanese so I don't know how to look for that website. However, it sounds like you are wanting a glass cardinal or a bluestreak cardinal.

If you are, make sure your tank has moonlights. Their eyeballs glow and some blue stripes on their sides that you can barely see during the day glow at night

That's the right place; make sure it's .jp ;)

boozeman that's it! Now I just need to go through the links and find the rest of the pictures of that tank. I love the aquascaping.

inwall75 thanks for the info but it wasn't the fish that I was seeking but the tank.

Thanks Cantonesefish. That wasn't it but an interesting site nonetheless.

the Japanese are the bests at aquascaping. Are you familiar with Amano? http://www.adana.co.jp/index_e.php

He is a freshwater plant guy. His tanks are stunning. I'm planning a 120 reef and I'm going to try to apply some of his aquascaping idea's. He talks a lot about the golden triangle and 3/5 ratio.

I think the 3/5 thing would apply to this photo. The overall mass of the left side is about 3/5 of the right. He also does the path down the middle to.
