Picture of slow R/O unit...help needed

Okay here it is not getting a 4 to 1 ratio I got 40 gallons waste to 1 quart R/O water. Any ideas? Also the pressure gauge does not appear to be working.http://reefcentral.com/gallery/data/578/178556100_0001__Custom_.JPG

you most likely need a booster pump. when i first set my unit up i had around 25psi, and with the booster pump it's now at 80+/- and working just fine.
