I'm thinking of only useing one 1" bulk head(return to sump) on my display fuge. It will house a Chiragra mantis and thats it no snails or crabs or anything. So would I be ok with just 1 bulkhead or should I put two. The reason is the way it's set up I don't have room for another bulhead. and it's 20 gallon and only about 100 GPH if that will flow through it?

I'm using a single bulkhead for over 100 gph into 3/4" pvc with no problems. Get a slip bulkhead screen (http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=3578+10090+4080&pcatid=4080) to avoid any unintentional blockage. Even if part of it gets blocked it can still handle the flow.
