When I opened my case from Drs Foster & Smith I had noticed that a bottle of carbonate leaked during shipping. I called customer service and they took care of me by shipping a new bottle out immediatly. They didn't ask a bunch of questions, just apologized and made it right! That's why I continue to purchase all my dry goods from them.
