36 W Turbo Twist Trouble!!!! Help me, anyone!!!

Hey I bought this UV sterilizer less than a year ago and it has just recently stopped working on me. I tried a brand new bulb and had no luck.

Is there anything else I can try?
I heard that the ballast can go out? Can I replace it?

If it's less than a year it should be covered by Coralife. My ballast went out a month after I bought it and they sent me a new one.

Yeah it sounds like your ballast went out. Had the same thing happen to me. Called coralife and was able to get a new one took about a month to get and cost around $39 if I remember right.
