I have a 125 RR AGA tank.. It was a 75, so i already have 2 175w halides.
I was thinking of running 175 w at each end and a 250 over the middle. My thinking was the ability to keep some corals that like less intense light and some that love high light like sps's and this might help make that easier.
Tank is 22 inches tall I think, but only 21 of water. height is the important factor I know.
I was going to run the 175 at 6500k iwasakis and the 250 in the middle at radium 20k. I'm wondering if there will be a color seperation, even if I went 10k ushios.
The other option is all 6500 or 10's. as one 250 and two 175's OR as all 250's and then run t-5 or vho to get the blue. Either way I'll need fluro's. But the all 250 watt is obviously the most expensive route.
