eheim 1260

I have an eheim 1260 needle on my deltec 850 and I need to replace the thrust washers on the prop shaft. Does anyone know the dimensions of these so I can pick up a couple stainless washers from Lowe's? I need the ID of the washer or the diameter of the shaft. Please don't break down your running 1260 to find out, as I could do that.. but if someone has a pump laying around next to some calipers, your help would be greatly appreciated. ;-)
