Small Amount of Hand Soap.....In Tank??? Screwed????

Can hand soap be a problem if it gets into your tank? I think I left a small amount maybe on my hands that did not get rinsed. And than put my hands into the tank to grab something.

Just rinse them well in hot water and you should be ok. I've never had any issues.

Err sorry for the confusion but I was wondering if a little hand soap could do harm to the tank. I think I left a little soap on my hands and I stuck my hand in the tank. So I am a tad worried that something bad might happen. Although I believe it was diluted though.

I don't have an answer for you on that one. I've never been through that. Hopefully, someone will chime in that knows.

Rushing to wash my hand I had missed a spot that had some soap.
I'm just curious if some diluted hand soap would have a adverse effect on the tank.
