I placed an order for some bird and fish stuff this morning. I got an email from the other place I ordered from that an item was out of stock. You guys had a similar item in stock, I called 2 hours after I ordered and tried to add this to my order. I was told that since it was processed I couldn't do this. I could understand if it was near the shipping deadline, but it was fairly early in the morning. I've always ordered from you guys, but I also needed a ph monitor today and would of liked to order it from you and save some shipping, but I had to order it from another place.
