clown food?

I have been feeding my clowns frozen shrimp and I was wondering if there was anything else that I should feed them to get some variety??

Frozen mysis shrimp is good (dunno what kind you have, but if it's not mysis pick some up). If you can get it in your area, "Rod's Food" is really good stuff. Frozen cyclopeeze is excellent and brings out great color in them. Spirulina enriched mysis are good as well.

cool I have been feeding mysis shrimp and some spirulina flakes (only once in a while) I will see about the other stuff to keep their nutrition up! thanks!

i like ORA glow for pellet food

live bbs (especially enriched with vitamins or feed them phyto). i also use formula one flake.

i feed my btas seafood buffet, and the clowns like to pick through it to fidn their favorite pieces.
