hi,i am new to the salt water aquarium,just try to setup a 34GL tank, use 24" compact fluo strip lights 1 65w 12k and 1 Actinic
is that too low? and what different of 10k,12k,14k daylight bulb?

It would be ok if you want a fish only setup. But if you want to keep corals you would need to upgrade your lights to more powerful ones. But you can keep most softies.

i would say your finewith most soft corals. mushrooms, leathers, zoas, ect.
