OK, despite good parameters, water changes, Chaeto, I have a healthy crop of Red Cyano growing on the sand of my refugium (except where my spinning chaeto sweeps). It's not in my DT and my Chaeto looks healthy enough, and my pods seem happy enough, but obviously the Chaeto is not outcompeting the Cyano.
I don't like to vacuum my refugium sand, and I suspect the cyano is performing a valuable export function. Is there any reason to be concerned (Othere than the indication of nutrients?)
