DI problem

I am having a problem. I bought my Typhoon in May and my TDS is at 3ppm already. I have only made about 200 gallons of water. I would think the membrane would be rejecting more and the DI should last longer also. heres the specs

Tap:235
RO: 10
after DI: 3-4
PSI: 60
