Re-Flashing Vortech MP40-W Gen 1

Yes, we can help you upgrade your Gen 1 Vortech. Call the retail store and ask for Mike B. 717-299-5691, he has been handling all the upgrades. He works Wed - Sun this week

I called before Mike's shift started and figured I would just bring it along. When I got there they had shipped all the units back to Echotech. So they had none to re-flash mine. Waiting for a phone call as to when they receive them back and can fix me up.

EcoTech issued a recall for a number of the Gen 2 Vortech pumps, which included the last batch of pumps that we had in stock. There was apparently a problem during assembly with a missing, or incorrect, part of the pump.

We sent all of our pumps back to EcoTech, and have just received replacement pumps at our warehouse. The replacements should be in the retail store shortly.

Sorry I do not have any more specific information about the problem, I would direct those questions to the EcoTech Forum.
