nano 6045 broken after 4 month use

I bought 6045 about 4 month ago and after 2 month of use the clip broken. I email to the Tunze USA, they send me the new clip with no charge (thank you). Now after 4 month the pump just die on me for some reason it not working at all. I try to email the company about what I can do, also try to ask the lfs, they said they connot help me with anything.
So is there anything I can do in this situlation? Or I just have bad luck with Tunze pump, I know their product is one of the best out there.

Tunze products come with long period waranty. If defect ocur I belive they will replace it, under normal circumstances.

First, please check that calcium has not just locked up the prop assembly. Calcium may have just jammed the propeller inside the pump. If that is not the cause, if you send in the pump we will repair it or replace it as needed-
