Well a week ago these white spots started coming up on my Harlequin Sweetlips and clown fish. They act fine and are eating fine. Nothing seems to be on my Lionfish, but yesterday he started laying on the bottom and seems to be breathing really hard, and he wont eat (unusual for him). Any help would be great!
I'm also trin to get pics but my cam sucks so...

Also what is this freshwater bath/dip i keep seeing on here?

Thanks in advance.

sounds like ICK to me!
its can be deadly if not treated immeadiatly. that includes the tank and the fish because it will be in/on everything in the tank and it can and will reinfect your fish.
since its a new tank you dont have to quarantine, cold dip, etc.
IME, you can and should treat the whole tank.

FWIW, one of the most common causes of ICK is stress.
