Hydrostatic Test (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydrostatic_test) - All CO2 cylinders need to be checked for leaks and recertified. I believe the interval is every 5 years for CO2 tanks. If so, this tank doesn't need to be retested until 2011.
