Just saw one very similar however it was everybit of 1/4 inch long.
It did have a striped shell though more defined than this picture. Yellowish.

So how big do pods get?:eek2:
I thought they were tiny.

What you saw was more than likely an Amphipod.

there are different pods......thats an amphipod for sure and they can get a good size...they arent harmful.
