I am trying to set up a timer. I go into timer 01, turn on all the days of the week, got to the first option and put in 5 minutes, hit enter and the curser moves back over to the left, go down to the next option and when I move down the 5 minutes turns back to 0. It happens on all the lines when I leave the line it goes back to 0. I must be missing a step. Ideas?

Gtstricky -

We have tested the head unit and I have been able to recreate your problem. It appears that if you touch the "Back" key while changing a value (i.e. "Back" to go from 00:00:00 to Time ON) it will clear any settings you have entered.

We will look into changing this, but for now it can work. Touching "Back" while in the Day of Week menu is okay, remember to touch "Enter" to accept any values. I hope this helps and we're sorry for any inconvenience.

Thanks Jack and that is what I thought also... but when I hit enter it will go back to the left (and the number stays) but as soon as I move down to the next field to erases the number back to 0.

Maybe I will try to video it for you. Would that help?

Gtstricky-

We have tried to recreate that part of the issue and we were unsuccessful. Which part of the timer (include label) were you at and what value did you change it to before everything changed to zero?

I set the time on to 00:05:00, hit enter, the highlight moves back over to 'time on' then I hit down to go to 'time off' and the 'time on' goes back to 00:00:00

One last troubleshoot -

Does this happen with all of your timers?

It does.

However... I went home at lunch to double check. I ended up disconnecting the unit and reconnecting it and the issue resolved.

Glad to hear that the unit is working again! We will continue to check on the issue, though.
