dogface puffer with a twitch

my dogface puffer hasnt been eating for a couple of days and has developed a twitch. any insight? ive tried to feed him everything. mysis,flake,silversides, he was eating small amounts when hand fed with tongs but wont eat at all now. can the twitch be parasites?

It could be. Try feeding him some live foods to get him interested. Also puffers are very touchy to water quality. Is you water good? also are you doing bi-weekly water changes?
