Hi, I am looking to feed my fish the best.

I heard that gel was good to feed, but I couldn't find any recipes?

can anyone help?

I think what you are referring to is gelatin as a binder for food. It is used in some frozen fish and shark diets. It is an easy way to get powdered nutrient/vitamine additives into a food product. They mix different ground food items with vitamins, etc. and use the gelatin to bind them together. This way when immersed in water the vitamins don't float out into the water column before the fish eat it.

All grocery stores sell gelatin........Knox is a common brand. No need to get it at Drs. Foster's at jacked up prices.
