I am setting up a new reef tank. I have a 15 watt 50/50 bulb and a 10,0000K bulb. Is this enough lighting to do anemones and soft corals? If I need more, what do you guys recommend?

ummm....are you serious? A little more info would be helpful....but the short answer to your questoion is a resounding NO! Please provide tank dimensions as a minimum. This sounds like a nano 6 gallon... Anemones not recommended in stock nanos, especially this small. Softies will likely be fine, but again we need more info from you

OK, thats quite a tall tank and what that means is that you are not going to get good light penetration past about the mid depth of your tank. Those corals that demand more light need to be placed toward the top of the tank. So, I understand that youre running two-15 watt PC (powercompact) bulbs? Thats only a total of 30 watts over a 20tall. Thats not good man. Softies should be OK (Shrooms, xenia, leathers, maybe a few high placed zoos), but no LPS or SPS and forget about the anemone.

My bubble tip anemone do fine with just 2 65 watt 50/50 PC's 6 inches from the water. It's on a 29 gallon. But I originally used 175 watt Metal halide and 2 actinics.

That's just honestly not enough light except for fish I would think.
