how big do they get
how fast do they grow and do they really look that nice in person

Mine are quite small. I would say that they are no more than 6-7 mm in diameter. There are quite beautiful. If I could take pictures I would gladly do so but rest assured you won't be disappointed.

Mines grow fast. roughly almost a cm across.I think it depends of tank conditions. ( Lighting, water quality and flow ?? )

Tank conditions, parameters, lighting, current, tank maturity determines growth, not the polyp type themselves.
