Maiden's Hair

I purchased some live lock with maiden's hair growing on it about 3 weekks ago. And yesterday when i cam back from work, the plant had lost most of its color and is now white.??? my params are the same nothing changed. The plant was under 260 compact lighting in about 15 inches of water w/ moderate flow, help??

any thing else in your tank change? temperature, salinity, ph? All can cause it to go sexual. When my plants are stressed, I move them to a longer photoperiod.

thats normal when you get maidens hair. it will shed and regrow again.
