I am in the process of setting up a clown only tank and I am trying to find out what type of Anemone is best suited for a true percula or a ocellaris ?

I am assuming that you are referring to a gigantea carpet, since it is a natural host for both those clowns. If you are, I would suggest against it, hard to find healthy ones, and even harder to keep.
To the OP, have you kept any anemones before, and what size tank are you going to have -- plus how much flow, and what lights?

The tank is a 29gal, I am going to use a 250MH. I have a buble tip in my other tank with 2X250 MH.

How about a Ritteri Anemone?

No, a Ritteri would be a very bad idea in a 29, they get way too large, and are up there as one of the harder anemones to keep.
For a 29, really would suggest another BTA.

I'm with Todd, both percs and ocellaris often take to BTAs in aquariums, and BTAs are better choice for a first time anemone keeper.

My ocellaris pair hosted in a Toadstool leather so they should host in a BTA
