The lights on the right hand side of my light fixture have quite working. I'm guessing the ballast- have one question one ballast controls what the front 2 lights, or the 2 lights on the same side. I would guess the lights on the same side, but when you turn the lights on with the power button, it controls the front 2 lights and the rear 2 lights and yone replace this before? Also I installed a new light and within 2 hours the light was blown, is this an indication of a bad ballast? Thanks!
