Choose and Build my 40gallon breeder sps reef!

ok, bitting the bullet and pulling a student loan to furnish my apartment, buy a bicycle and finally build a reef to be proud of!

So help me choose the components with the following guidlines

t-5 lighting (4 or 6 depending on which would be best)
powerheads with a wavemaker (tunze or vortech)
external return pump
and calcium reactor
would like a all in one controller with at least temp and 2 ph probes to control calcium reactor
will in corporate my aqua euro 265 recirc skimmer (rated 250gal~)

what are your suggestions have roughly 2500 to spend

I'd check craigslist. I looked yesterday and found a 125g, with stand, hood, skimmer and some other stuff for $500

another 125g with a better skimmer, lighting, and about 100 lbs of nice live rock for $800 (with 3 blue hippo tangs)


Also, not sure what kind of bicycle you're looking for, but I picked up this 'used' (pretty much brand new) Bianchi for $500 from a friend. Retails for $1,000+. Came with michelin pros, speedometer/odometer thingy, and few extras.
I've since put 280 miles on her, only pic I have, along with custom sump lol
