Any idea what disease my sick tang might have? It is one of 5 tangs in a 125 gallon tank. Here are a couple of pictures:

Also any idea what how I can treat it in a reef tank?

I have had him for over 3 months. He has been this way for about 7 plus days and the condition doesn't appear to be getting any better or worse. He is eating well. I feed nori, pellets and frozen brine shrimp. The PH is 8.3, salinity 1.025 other elements within normal range.

Any ideas are appreciated!

Thanks!

agreed except that its a little past the beginnig stage are you sure this is recent because it looks prety bad and it usually dosnot develop over a 5 day period

The damage hasn't been there that long. I formed in less then a week. With the other fish and corals doing so well, this has me in a panic.

How do fish get HLLE?

Good luck and hope he gets better, Chevron's are beautiful fish

Unfortunately, the tank gets very little direct sunlight! I am going to change the diet and see if that helps. Thanks for all of the suggestions!
