I've seen a lot on Vitamin C but cant seem to find what products people are specifically putting in their tanks, are they just crushing up tablets from the supermarket?

Or do they make reef specific products for Vitamin C or both? Interested in it and want to know what to start looking at.

you can use all kinds but the pure buffered crystals is what you want to use as far as purity as well as not messing with your ph levels.

I'm not convinced that dosing vitamin C is a generally useful thing to do, and perhaps should not be done if dosing ozone, IMO, but in terms of selecting a brand, be sure it doesn't list phosphate or other undesirable ingredients on the label (which is often used). Many folks also preferred buffered Vitamin C to prevent the pH drop that sometimes comes from dosing it as the free acid.
