ORP reads 000. Cause?

Hello,
I've had my ORP probe for a while (going on couple years now) and today all of a sudden it started to read triple zeros. I thought maybe it became disconnected, but it looks to be all connected. Any thoughts? is this normal if a probe goes bad to read all zeros> any thoughts appreciated. thanks,

It sounds like the wire may be broken in the cable or the probe itself. The probe likely needs to be replaced.
