Anyone have anything crazy happen with their system, polyps, etc over the past week they want to share.

Good Sunday morning to you too. Well, about 6 weeks ago, I got two frags of Purple People Eaters, totalling 11 polyps, in a trade. Last week, I noticed that I now have a total of 21 polyps. They are growing very fast indeed! l Hope it keeps up.

My blue leg hermit have learned that I have been feeding my people eater colony (several posts down). At night there are 2-3 hermits hanging out or on the 14 polyp rock, during the day there is always at least one on there.

They KNOW. I have to place a plastic shield over them during feeding.

I found someone with raspberry limeades and got 20 polyps.....seller shipped priority and now I have two pieces of rocks.

Good growth, greedy blue legs and new discoveries, sounds like a crazy week for sure. Anyone else?

Well, I just lost my small colony of Armaggedons I was growing from a single polyp. ( They just started melting all the sudden while all other polyps were cool. )

My large blue sided wrasse all the sudden went WOOD SURFING.. even through my netting on the top of the tank.. =(

But my atlantis valentines were almost lost, then from 1 polyp now 8-10...

Bought a new colony few weeks ago even after repeated freshwater and lugo's dips just slowly dying away. I started dosing VC this past week, not much changes yet.

Wow it sucks those are dying, i hope they pull through! those have a great mat on them and would be awesome to frag.

I did frag a section off, also got a few frags of the "Crazy People Eaters" or whatever the real name is palies today for a song. So no crying on this end.

I have a very similar colony that grows to be about 50 polyps and then dies off to 10 to 20. It semms to happen every time it gits 50+ polyps.
