I don't think any of them will eat an anemone. Best reef safe butterfly is the yellow pyramid.

Are you referring to Mojano anemones or aptasia, as opposed to anemones like Bubble Tips?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but plenty of butterflys will gladly eat anemones.:eek2:

Your best bet is to either get planktivores or keep an aggressive pair of clowns in the anemone.I'm thinking in particular of GSM or similar.

good luck!

I'm going to keep a pair of maroon clowns with a bta and pyramid butterflyfish in my 100g. Most of those butterfly's like raccoon and falcula just tear nems up. I suggest get a pyramid for a reef tank, or even if you just have a few inverts tha you want to keep safe.

IMO a 100g is too small for a pyramid with a maroon pair. Clowns are especially aggressive towards butterflies because most do eat nems... not sure a pair of maroons would take the time to notice it's a planktivorous species :) . Plus, they are large-ish, active swimmers. I had a zoster in my 150 for a while, and it looked cramped.
