Does somebody have an anemone has a center piece of the tank. Maybe an anemone and some few corals.

I was thinking on doing this with my 24g cube but will like to see some already like it.

I have a beautiful rock anemone in my tank. Right now, she's in one of the back corners, but once I get my rockscape all figured out, I plan on moving her to the front. She seems to be a good anemone for my tank because she finds a nice crevice in between rocks and plants her foot there and doesn't move much, unlike a condylactus which moves around the tank quite a bit stinging things.

Here's a picture:

Check out the Anemone/Clownfish forum for "Invasion of the RBTAs" you'll see pics of my 12 gallon nano with corals within.

tpdpercula I have seen you tank before and it is a very nice tank. I was thinking on doing something quite similar but with only one RBTA and some mushroom , ricordea, and an encrusting gorgonian I already have.

I do! but no pics of it yet. There is a up close video in my thread. I am borrowing a camera soon and will take FTS and post it in my thread.

I have:

RTBA
crocea
monticaps
acans
zoanthids
pink birdsnest
toadstool leather
GSP

BC14g. All of it is fairly small and not grown in but, I have read on karens page that if you keep the RTBA fed that will not move around as much on ya.

redwarrior77 - I had a nice green flower anemone, which is probably what yours is normally called, since Aiptasia are often commonly called "rock anemones". Anyway, mine stayed within a few inches of where I placed it for a few months, then took off wandering and day by day gradually went across the whole back of the tank, and ended up on one side, preferring to live on top of some chaeto I had in a DIY soap holder fuge in the tank. The flower nems are not supposed to move around, but mine sure did!

I just moved everything out of my 24gal Aquapod kept only the rock along with my BTA's and Clowns. It was a sps dominate with the big RBTA but we wanted something in the bedroom and I love anemones. So I sold all of my sps, got a starfire solana and now we have...

Just added two new BTA's today which I don't have any pictures of, but you get the idea. Bottom is starboard siliconed in, flow is provided by two tunze 6025's (in the picture there are koralias, I hadn't put in the tunzes yet)

Enjoy,
Mitch
