Need help... water coming out too fast.

I didn't use my RO/DI unit for like a week (vacation) so I turned the water on..... then OPENED the fast flush for awhile. When I closed it, water still comes out of the product line too fast. It's a slow steady stream instead of the slow drip drip I usually get. Not sure what happened - any help?

Tagging along... mine as always been a slow steady stream. Not sure that's bad since the numbers are good for TDS from all stages.

I wonder if this forum is active at all... if you're really in a hurry post in the lighting & filtration forum since you'll probably be able to get help from the gurus (AZdesertrat, et.)

Check to make sure you don't have a DI bypass valve open. The flow rate will fluctuate depending on temperature and pressure, so if your tap water is warmer during the summer or your pressure has increased, then I think you can see a steady "trickle", but I wouldn't expect a "stream".
