We would like to announce that we have made some changes to our LiveAquaria.com (http://admin.liveaquaria.com/general/general.cfm?general_pagesid=340) website. At LiveAquaria.com we always strive to make sure that your shopping experience is a positive one. We have made some improvements so that shopping with LiveAquaria.com will be easier than ever.

1. You will now be able to preview your shipping costs from your shopping cart.

2. You will also be able to see where each item you are ordering is shipping from.

3. We will also alert you when something in your cart is not right. If you have not reached the minimum order amount; we will let you know.

4. The Checkout process can now be completed in just 2 easy steps.

5. You will receive one order confirmation. All order numbers will be combined into just one email.

We hope that you find your new shopping cart and checkout to be much more convenient and helpful. We have even more improvements planned for LiveAquaria.com. These updates will be posted when they are available.

Thank you,

I just put a cowfish in my cart and was going thru the checkout process and did not see anywhere that tells me where it would ship from. What am I missing here? I still haven't finalized my order but should it say even before finalizing?

purebullet417,

Thank you for your post. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our website. Currently step 4, “Order Summary”, of the online order process shows your shipping fee for supplies. It will also let you know how much more you can spend before the shipping fee increases. If we can be of additional assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

Freed,

Thank you for your inquiry. We apologize for any confusion. When viewing your shopping cart, a long narrow yellow box will appear above the added items that show in red letters where your order will be shipping from. For example when adding a Diver’s Den item this will show it is shipping from Wisconsin. Please contact us with any other questions or concerns.

If I order something live and it ships from Wisconsin, can you send it UPS ground, which is in the one day shipping zone from there, at a minimal cost of $10-$15?

Freed,

Thank you for your post. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship live stock using UPS ground as they do not guarantee overnight delivery. For the health and well being of our live stock we can only use FedEx one day air service. We apologize for any inconvenience.

They do guarantee it though. It's next day ground guaranteed according to their terminology on their web site.

Freed,

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship live stock UPS ground. As per ups.com when entering our zip code and a Fort Wayne, Indiana zip code, it gives a transit time of two days. FedEx air is the only service we are able to offer for live stock shipments. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Ah, darn it. Most every place I've shipped to in WI has been next day ground. Thanks.
