Hi All,

I am in the need of covering the sides and bottom of many fish tanks. I have tried painting and it works but seems like even after 4-5 coats I still have spots where light shines through. I have been looking at doing the aquarium backdrops that are peel and stick as I think these would work very well.

My problem with it is the cheapest I have been able to find these are $2/ft for the size I need. Though this is cheaper then my local LFS, I need roughly 200 ft of it so I was wondering if anyone knew of a cheaper option.

Has to be at least 16" wide for the tank sides I am covering.

I have tried a couple of the local craft palces but they were not any help.

Thanks!

I don't know about price, but I do know a lot of reefers that have had good success with limo tint.
You can see if you can by a bulk roll direct.

Get a sheet of coroplast from any local sign company (check the yellowpages). It's ~$20 for a 4'x8' sheet and comes in a variety of colors. I've got it on the back of my tank and it works pretty well.

Find a local sign shop or truck lettering place. theyll have rolls of different colored vinals to choose from.
