I have had a small cyano outbreak, and the cyano has spready on to a few of my corals.

I know I must address the issue causing the cyano outbreak. Until then, What can I do to rid the corals of the cyano? Do I manually remove the cyano, is there any trick to this? Do I just let it be and let it run the course?

Blow it off (turkey baster or power head) when it settles on the corals.

Cyano growing over coral will kill the coral. You need to keep blowing it off.

To get rid of the cyano is no small task. You need to make sure you've got good clean starting water (RO/DI with new filters), and perform frequent water changes. You need plenty of flow in the aquarium to prevent detritus from building up. You need to cut back on feeding. Make sure you've got a properly working skimmer, maybe a refugium as well.
