2 weeks ago I received a bulk shipment from Sulcata1619.
I received around 30 SPS, some of which were very nicely sized for a very affordable price. These are my first SPS.

Consequently I found that a green slimer had bitemarks and tissue damage at the base, along with eggs that were laid on the epoxy that I used to mount the coral.

I dipped the green slimer (and the live rock it was attached to) into a 3ml bedatine /L tank water solution for 25 minutes.

Ran powerhead over the coral every so often. Scraped off the eggs I saw completely.

This was my first salvo , and admittedly something to just buy me time. I am under no illusion that I have cured my tank.

I have done extensive reading over the weekend (I would guesstimate 20 hours) on these forums concerning aefw.

My plan of action as of right now.
On monday I will place a order for around 4-6 small wrasses.
6line, yellow corris, christmas wrasse ,leopard wrasse are at the top of my list. (yellow corris being foremost).

I will also be placing an order for fluke tabs and Coral Revive.

Under consideration is setting up a small cleaning station joined to the display loop consisting of Rhynchocinetes Durbansesis (camel shrimp) which would be especialy usefull for new arrivals?
This is the one "dip" that kills eggs (allegedly).
