View Full Version : Rant: Stop sending me CATALOGUES!!!

Hi, I really love your store and I've spent countless $$... but, I continue to request to stop receiving catalogues and it seems like every time I order something new... well, my request goes out the window.

Not only does EVERYTHING I order come with catalogues, but I just rec'd two in the mail today!

Please, stop wasting paper and heed the requests of your customers. I am tired of receiving catalogues and I would REALLY appreciate it if you could somehow stop this FOR GOOD.

Hi all!

I just wanted to update that I got a call from Pat and she has told me that she will visit the catalogue dept for me and get this taken care of. Indeed my file said no catalogues, but somehow it is just slipping through the cracks.

So, I just want to thank the Drs. for their AWESOME customer service. You guys are great; keep up the good work!!!

We can do that? ;)

I get bird, wild bird, fish, dog, and pond catalogs that I never open. I shop strictly online.

In order to better assist you with this we will need you to PM your customer information to us. Once we have this information we will be able to stop the catalogs from being sent to your address.
