View Full Version : Broken bulbs and great Customer Service

I just wanted to let everyone know that I ordered two sets of T-5 retro kits from Fosters and Smith. I received them last week but just got to set them up today. Well, long story short, two of the four bulbs didn't fire up but did when I replaced the bulbs with the ones from the other fixtures. I called F&S and they are sending replacement bulbs. Wow! I didn't have to explain ad nasum about what I tried and didn't try. They just verified my information and said that they are on their way. I have spent thousands with F&S and will continue to do so with their great customer service. Thanks again. :rollface:

I agree with the above. I've always been happy with Drs. F and S. Very friendly on the phone as well!
