stray voltage and sps

Isolated some stray voltage to my heater. What affects will this have on my sps? I also guess, my other livestock as well?

my heater wire fell on to my heater and melted through during the night and my whole tank short secreted and i loust a 5 inch wide tabling shusionie coal and a 30k lokanie, take care of it!
