How do you run your GFO reactor off your main return pump?
Pics would be helpful

The reactors are plumbed off of a manifold from my main return pump. The output plumbing goes (top) manifold, (center) left return, and (bottom) right return. Excuse the zip ties and black cable managers, I'm a neat freak about my power cords.

The manifold has two reactors on it currently, one for carbon, and one for GFO. I left one unused barb and ball valve for future use (denitrator, additional chemical reactor, calcium reactor, whatever). I've no plans to use it at this time, but it will be convenient when I do.

Insert a tee after return pump, then a few inches of whatever size PVC you're running, then a gate valve, then a hose barb, then 1/2" tubing to the reactor.

Yes, the gate valve is redundant but that's what this hobby's all about ;) I prefer to have it so I don't have to trust the small valve that comes with reactors when it's time to refill the reactor.

Here is an old pic from when i set mine up...

just a Y fitting w/ a gate valve to adjust flow into the reactor. Other end is the return. The small John guest valve feeds the denitrator. One pump feeds everything.
