Help with ID's?

Looking to get some help Id'ing a couple things. I believe one is a type of shrimp and the other is a worm and I don't know what they are. Any help would appreciated.

Also, does anyone know what would eat peppermint shrimp and cleaner shrimp? I've got 2 mantis, 2 clowns, 3 chromis a lawnmower blenny, a serpent star, Red decorator crab and misc. hermits and snails. I've had 2 peppermints misteriously disappear and now my cleaner has disappeared as well. Any ideas???

the first is a gammarus type amphipod, and a good guy.
the second is tough to say, can you get a clearer pic?

and I'd bet the 2 mantis took out the other shrimp, as they're consumate predators and should be removed.

Definatly the mantis!! No inverts are safe with them. get rid of them, If your not convinced check out youtube. Some crude videos under "mantis"
