Thanks to Sandeep I am building a 5.5 gallon pico.

here is the start:

I used Montana Gold spray paint. Usually used for graffiti

I really like the blue look instead of clear or black.

OOOO S'MOREs!!!!

Good lookin tank! The blue wall would look really nice if you painted the glass blue.

I am planning on just having a few zoanthids and a couple pulsing xenia.

bare bottom too.

Looking good so far.

I would leave the back clear as you have and not paint it blue as one of the beauties of this design is the clear front to back viewing which is really nice.

One thing to be careful about is the intake slots. Make sure that they are deep enough to allow a lot of flow into the sump/refugium and secondly make sure that they are thin enough so that shrimp or other creatures don't slip through them.

I've got a similar set up with a 2.5 gallon tank and I'm having a lot of fun with it. You're off to a much better start than I was.

It's nice to see that I'm not the only one who uses a kitchen as a workshop. I tried, but I can't quite make out the turkey meatloaf recipe.

Thanks everyone! I just have to wait to get a pump and some cheato.

P.S If you want the recipe just let me know. I actually just at some leftovers of it. It was pretty good. haha
