True Actinic Or 7100 K lamps ?

Hello I am looking for new lamps for my 24G Nanocube
Some lamps are labled 03 True Actinic 420 NM and others 7100K 460NM

Does anyone know if ther is a True actinic 36W or are they all 7100K

I was thinking of trying a 14K-20K Look
using
50/50 10K/03
and one blue 7100 lamp
What brand lamps do you guys use

Ok so I keeped the 50/50 JBJ lamp Bought a coralife actinic
There is a major difrence
The JBJ is much bluer ( 71000- darker blue)
The coralife is more violet light blue True 03 actinic look
Now once the sand storm clears up I will be able to tell if i like the lighting
